font-size: 14pt;\">Machala, 1 de diciembre del 2016.-&nbsp;Siete detenidos y la incautaci&oacute;n de veh&iacute;culos y 12.000 d&oacute;lares en efectivo fue el resultado del operativo liderado por la Fiscal&iacute;a, contra el contrabando de alimentos en la provincia de El Oro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Durante el operativo se efectuaron ocho allanamientos en los cantones El Guabo, Santa Rosa y Huaquillas (El Oro) y Riobamba (Chimborazo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">El fiscal de Delincuencia Organizada, Bol&iacute;var Figueroa, inform&oacute; que la investigaci&oacute;n de este caso inici&oacute; hace seis meses, luego de que se detect&oacute; que varios camiones cargados con alimentos (frutas y hortalizas) ingresaban desde Per&uacute; hacia el cant&oacute;n Huaquillas, evitando los controles aduaneros y evadiendo impuestos tributarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/1480627727990Ztd.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"348\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;Estos productos eran ingresados de forma clandestina, causando un grave perjuicio econ&oacute;mico al pa&iacute;s&rdquo;, afirm&oacute; el fiscal Figueroa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">14 fiscales y secretarios, en coordinaci&oacute;n con agentes de la Polic&iacute;a Nacional, intervinieron en el operativo efectuado la madrugada del jueves 1 de diciembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La fiscal&iacute;a formular&aacute; cargos a los detenidos en las pr&oacute;ximas horas en la Unidad Judicial Penal de Santa Rosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
