font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La Fiscal&iacute;a General del Estado informa:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Que ha suscrito un Acuerdo de Cooperaci&oacute;n Eficaz con el se&ntilde;or Carlos Pareja Yannuzzelli, sometido a la fundamental y legal condici&oacute;n de proporcionar datos, instrumentos, efectos, bienes o informaciones precisas, ver&iacute;dicas y comprobables que contribuyan al esclarecimiento de los hechos investigados en los que ha tenido participaci&oacute;n directa, o permitan identificar presuntas infracciones diversas, conforme lo ordena el art&iacute;culo 491 del C&oacute;digo Org&aacute;nico Integral Penal (COIP). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">El cooperador tendr&aacute; plena libertad para ofrecer informaci&oacute;n sobre todos los temas que afirme conocer, sin restricci&oacute;n alguna y sujeta a la condici&oacute;n de veracidad y corroboraci&oacute;n eficaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Solamente cuando haya sido comprobada de manera fehaciente la verdad de la informaci&oacute;n proporcionada, podr&aacute; solicitar beneficios procesales como determina la Ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La Fiscal&iacute;a General del Estado reitera su total compromiso con el Ecuador: por la transparencia, la lucha contra la corrupci&oacute;n y no permitir la impunidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;
