Jorge Glas Espinel, Vicepresidente Constitucional de la Rep&uacute;blica, la cual solo podr&aacute; llevarse a cabo previa autorizaci&oacute;n de la Asamblea Nacional, conforme lo ordena el Art. 120 numeral 10 de la Constituci&oacute;n de la Rep&uacute;blica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">El pedido de vinculaci&oacute;n se sustenta en los elementos de convicci&oacute;n recabados en la instrucci&oacute;n fiscal por el delito de asociaci&oacute;n il&iacute;cita y que se adelantaba en el despacho de la Dra.
