E. quien se acogi&oacute; a la aplicaci&oacute;n de procedimiento abreviado en el grado de autor, por haber provocado heridas cortopunzantes a una persona durante el partido entre Barcelona y Macar&aacute;, por el campeonato nacional de f&uacute;tbol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">El procedimiento abreviado esta establecido en el C&oacute;digo Org&aacute;nico Integral Penal&nbsp; (COIP), y consiste&nbsp; en admitir el hecho por el que una persona es procesada a cambio de la reducci&oacute;n de su pena. Este procedimiento es aplicable&nbsp; en delitos cuya pena privativa de libertad no exceda los 10 a&ntilde;os. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">El Juez de Garant&iacute;as Penales, Jos&eacute; L&oacute;pez, acog&iacute;o el pedido de la Fiscal Ana Ramos y dict&oacute; prisi&oacute;n de 3 a&ntilde;os y 6 meses para Marlon J.
