Durante la audiencia de juzgamiento, el Fiscal Dennis Villavicencio present&oacute; pruebas documentales y testimoniales, entre ellos, el registro de datos del tel&eacute;fono de Wilson Ch., del cual enviaba mensajes con insultos, humillaciones, intimidaci&oacute;n, abusando verbalmente y ejerciendo control hac&iacute;a la victima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">El Tribunal de Garant&iacute;as Penales de Sucumb&iacute;os impuso la cantidad de USD 2 mil como reparaci&oacute;n integral a la victima, una multa de dos salarios b&aacute;sicos unificados, as&iacute;
