a Pastor R.H., por delito flagrante, quien presuntamente abusaba de su hijastra de 24 a&ntilde;os, hecho ocurrido en el sector Brisas de los Esteros del cant&oacute;n Dur&aacute;n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">En horas de la tarde de este martes, se realiz&oacute; la audiencia de flagrancia en el Complejo Judicial de este cant&oacute;n, donde el Fiscal a cargo del caso, Victor Altamirano, solicit&oacute; prisi&oacute;n preventiva para el procesado y present&oacute; varios elementos de convicci&oacute;n como la denuncia puesta por el hermano de la v&iacute;ctima, la prueba psicol&oacute;gica, el parte policial, la versi&oacute;n de los implicados y la prueba positiva de embarazo de la v&iacute;ctima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La Fiscal&iacute;a de la provincia solicit&oacute; al juez Ricardo Arias abrir otro proceso respecto a hechos ocurridos anteriormente, para investigar un posible delito de violaci&oacute;n que se ejecutaba desde que la v&iacute;ctima ten&iacute;a 15 a&ntilde;os. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;
