Sin embargo, habr&iacute;an captado efectivo de los compradores y para asegurar su confianza, firmaron cartas de compra y venta de los lotes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La investigaci&oacute;n inici&oacute; en 2016 de este caso que sucedi&oacute; en 2014, y tiene a Jorge A., como tercer involucrado quien ya fue llamado a juicio en la audiencia preparatoria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Datos: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">El abuso de confianza est&aacute; detallado en el C&oacute;digo Org&aacute;nico Integral Penal, en el art. 187 y determina una pena privativa de libertad entre uno y tres a&ntilde;os.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Sobreseimiento significa suspender un proceso judicial para una persona por insuficiencia de pruebas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;
