E., est&aacute; detenido desde el 18 de febrero de 2017, posterior a la audiencia de formulaci&oacute;n de cargos y Luis D. R., desde el 26 de mayo, tras la audiencia de vinculaci&oacute;n que se realiz&oacute; luego de que el acusado fuera detenido en El Salvador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">El pasado s&aacute;bado 24 de junio, al profundizar la investigaci&oacute;n del hecho culmin&oacute; la instrucci&oacute;n fiscal. Con el dictamen emitido por la Fiscal&iacute;a, se solicit&oacute; la fecha para la audiencia de evaluaci&oacute;n y preparatoria de juicio a cargo del Dr. Jos&eacute; L&oacute;pez Torres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La Dra. Ana Ramos, encargada de la Fiscal&iacute;a cuarta de Personas y Garantias, dirigi&oacute; la diligencia y su informe se incluir&aacute; al proceso seguido en contra de los procesados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Dato:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La reconstrucci&oacute;n de los hechos fue dirigida por la Fiscal&iacute;a y por miembros de Criminal&iacute;stica de la Polic&iacute;a Nacional.
