Una acci&oacute;n que, en palabras de la m&aacute;xima autoridad de la instituci&oacute;n &ldquo;es una lucha que no termina nunca y se debe ejecutar de la mejor forma para servicio del pa&iacute;s&rdquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Ejes de acci&oacute;n tratados en el taller<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Es importante reconocer el estado actual en que se encuentran los diferentes componentes administrativos de la Fiscal&iacute;a General del Estado para cumplir con los objetivos y planteamientos de la actual administraci&oacute;n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La reforma institucional mejorar&aacute; los procesos y asegurar&aacute; la calidad de los servicios prestados por la instituci&oacute;n, asegur&oacute; la Dra. Vanessa Rovayo, Coordinadora de Gesti&oacute;n de Recursos de la FGE. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">La nueva visi&oacute;n de las autoridades y su relaci&oacute;n con los servidores p&uacute;blicos es vital para fortalecer su compromiso con la instituci&oacute;n y asegurar la calidad de servicio que se brinda a la ciudadan&iacute;a. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;
