color: #222222;\">En audiencia de flagrancia realizada en la Unidad Judicial Multicompetente del cant&oacute;n Baba en la provincia de Los R&iacute;os, la Fiscal&iacute;a procedi&oacute; a procesar al agente fiscal Patricio S.G., por el presunto delito de concusi&oacute;n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\">El juez de garant&iacute;as penales Gerardo Coello, acogi&oacute; los indicios de responsabilidad presentados por el fiscal Juan Troya Mej&iacute;a y dict&oacute; prisi&oacute;n preventiva contra Patricio S.G.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\">Entre los indicios constan el parte de aprehensi&oacute;n, la versi&oacute;n de los agentes investigadores y de la v&iacute;ctima Irene L.B., 500 d&oacute;lares en dinero efectivo incautados por la Polic&iacute;a Nacional y el veh&iacute;culo del agente fiscal detenido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\">Junto a la orden de detenci&oacute;n, el juez Coello dio un plazo de 30 d&iacute;as para el cierre de la instrucci&oacute;n fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\">En operativo realizado por la Polic&iacute;a Nacional el martes 16 de mayo de 2017, en el cant&oacute;n Baba, se detuvo en delito flagrante a Patricio S.G., cuando estaba con la perjudicada Irene L.B., contando el dinero entregado para favorecer aparentemente al hermano de &eacute;sta, dentro de un proceso penal por el delito de asesinato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\">La Fiscal&iacute;a de Los R&iacute;os, inici&oacute; una segunda investigaci&oacute;n previa contra el agente fiscal detenido, Patricio S.G., por un presunto delito de acoso sexual, ya que en la audiencia de flagrancia, la perjudicada lo acus&oacute; por pedir, a parte del dinero en efectivo, favores sexuales para ayudarla en el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; color: #222222;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; color: #222222;\">El delito de concusi&oacute;n est&aacute; tipificado en el art&iacute;culo 281 del C&oacute;digo Org&aacute;nico Integral Penal y sanciona con pena privativa de libertad de tres a cinco a&ntilde;os, a las o los servidores p&uacute;blicos y las personas que act&uacute;an en virtud de una potestad estatal de Instituci&oacute;n p&uacute;blica del estado, que ordenen o exijan la entrega de derechos, cuotas, contribuciones, rentas, inter&eacute;s o gratificaciones no debidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic';\"><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;
