{"id":7978,"date":"2016-06-01T22:07:52","date_gmt":"2016-06-01T22:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/2016\/06\/01\/fiscalia-inicio-investigaciones-por-presunto-delito-ambiental-en-babahoyo\/"},"modified":"2017-11-27T02:21:20","modified_gmt":"2017-11-27T02:21:20","slug":"fiscalia-inicio-investigaciones-por-presunto-delito-ambiental-en-babahoyo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/accesibilidad\/fiscalia-inicio-investigaciones-por-presunto-delito-ambiental-en-babahoyo\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda inici\u00f3 investigaciones por presunto delito ambiental en Babahoyo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/1464819541002JsG.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" height=\"390\" \/><\/strong><br \/><em>La Fiscal\u00eda de Los R\u00edos abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n por presunto delito ambiental por la supuesta contaminaci\u00f3n de las aguas del estero \u00abEl jobo\u00bb en Babahoyo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Babahoyo, 01 de junio del 2014.-\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Los R\u00edos<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">dispuso de oficio el inicio de una investigaci\u00f3n previa por un presunto delito ambiental en el estero \u201cEl Jobo\u201d, ubicado en el recinto Las Ca\u00f1itas, parroquia Pimocha, del cant\u00f3n Babahoyo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La investigaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 determinar la causa por la que gran cantidad de especies marinas aparecieron muertas, el pasado viernes 27 de mayo, en las riberas del estero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">El fiscal Provincial de Los R\u00edos, Jaime Guerr\u00f3n, remiti\u00f3 al Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n Integral (SAI) de Babahoyo, la informaci\u00f3n sobre la muerte de las especies y orden\u00f3 se investigue si fue provocada por un posible da\u00f1o al ecosistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La Fiscal\u00eda inici\u00f3 las investigaciones de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 251 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal, que sanciona el delito con pena privativa de libertad de 3 a 5 a\u00f1os, a quien contamine vertientes, fuentes, caudales, aguas naturales, y en general, los recursos hidrobiol\u00f3gicos de r\u00edos y mares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">En el estero \u201cEl jobo\u201d, personal de la Unidad de Protecci\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, en este cant\u00f3n, realiz\u00f3 la toma de muestras del agua del estero y de especies\u00a0como peces y camarones, los cuales aparecieron muertos flotando a lo largo de dos kil\u00f3metros del r\u00edo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Estas muestras se remitir\u00e1n a la Fiscal\u00eda de Babahoyo, donde el fiscal Cristhian Peralta, apertur\u00f3 el proceso investigativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Los R\u00edos abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n por presunto delito ambiental por la supuesta contaminaci\u00f3n de las aguas del estero \u00abEl jobo\u00bb en Babahoyo.
