Incorpora la oralidad en \u00a0materias civil, inquilinato, laboral y otras; a excepci\u00f3n de lo penal, constitucional y electoral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">El curso es organizado por la Fiscal\u00eda, a trav\u00e9s de la Escuela de Fiscales. El objetivo es que los funcionarios est\u00e9n capacitados sobre los nuevos procedimientos y t\u00e9cnicas de oralidad acorde al COGEP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1462482465454gWK.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" height=\"390\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">El fiscal Provincial del Azuay, Adri\u00e1n Rojas, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de que los servidores de la instituci\u00f3n actualicen sus conocimientos sobre otros cuerpos legales, adem\u00e1s de lo concerniente a la materia penal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Durante el curso, los funcionarios se capacitar\u00e1n sobre la estructura del COGEP, partes procesales, demanda, defensa, citaci\u00f3n, fortalezas del proceso oral y otros temas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">El curso se desarrolla en el auditorio del edificio \u2018Paucarbamba\u2019, de la Fiscal\u00eda Provincial del Azuay.
