line-height: 1.3em;\">Quito, 18 de marzo del 2016.-\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Nueve detenidos, seis veh\u00edculos incautados, 13.000 d\u00f3lares en efectivo, \u00a0documentos de identificaci\u00f3n peruana, certificados presuntamente originales de la Agencia Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito son el resultado del operativo \u2018Lujo\u2019, dirigido por la Fiscal\u00eda Provincial de Pichincha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La diligencia se realiz\u00f3 la madrugada del 18 de marzo del 2016 en la Unidad de Flagrancia de Pichincha, con la participaci\u00f3n de 10 fiscales con sus equipos, bajo la direcci\u00f3n del fiscal Jos\u00e9 Luis Ortega.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/1458323282587Mvh.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" height=\"390\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Con el apoyo de agentes de la Unidad de Delitos Tributarios y Aduaneros de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, la Fiscal\u00eda comand\u00f3 10 allanamientos realizados en inmuebles ubicados al norte de Quito y tambi\u00e9n en Sangolqu\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La Fiscal\u00eda Provincial de Pichincha investiga este caso desde enero del 2015, hasta marzo del 2016, a ra\u00edz de estas indagaciones, se han incautado 46 autos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/1458322832216esE.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" height=\"390\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Presuntamente, los veh\u00edculos son ingresados \u00a0por la frontera sur de Ecuador sin cancelar los impuestos que determinan las leyes ecuatorianas y eran matriculados, al parecer, en complicidad con funcionarios de la ANT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La formulaci\u00f3n de cargos se realizar\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;
