As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el Tribunal Tercero de Garant\u00edas Penales de Pichincha, la tarde del 4 de febrero, tras la audiencia de juzgamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La fiscal Mayra Soria present\u00f3 pruebas que demostraron que Jos\u00e9 N. cometi\u00f3 el delito. Entre estas se incluy\u00f3 el testimonio anticipado de las cinco ni\u00f1as, quienes contaron c\u00f3mo ocurrieron los hechos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 un informe m\u00e9dico psicol\u00f3gico practicado a las v\u00edctimas. Ellas padecieron de estr\u00e9s post traum\u00e1tico y depresi\u00f3n infantil, producto de la agresi\u00f3n sufrida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">El caso ocurri\u00f3 en el 2011. El sentenciado era profesor de las ni\u00f1as en un colegio ubicado al norte de Quito y cometi\u00f3 el delito en horas de clase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Jos\u00e9 N. se encontraba pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia y fue capturado en el 2015, por lo que pudo ser procesado y sentenciado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">El atentado al pudor se encuentra tipificado en el art. 504.1 del C\u00f3digo Penal \u00a0vigente a la fecha en que ocurrieron los hechos.
