A los procesados el juez de Garant\u00edas Penales de Manta, Pablo Abad, les dict\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">En la audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de cargos, realizada en Manta este 3 de febrero, el fiscal Rub\u00e9n Balda Zambrano present\u00f3 como elementos de convicci\u00f3n el informe de las investigaciones que habr\u00edan descubierto que estas personas estaban dedicadas al robo de veh\u00edculos. Entre los elementos constan escuchas telef\u00f3nicas, seguimientos, fotograf\u00edas, entre otros, realizados a los procesados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La Fiscal\u00eda inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n en diciembre del 2015, en el cual se aplicaron los sistemas especiales para obtener informaci\u00f3n del modo de trabajo de esta presunta banda delictiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/843990097c044000842d5745d557ea6b.jpeg\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" height=\"390\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">En el operativo se realizaron seis allanamientos y se incautaron partes de veh\u00edculos, placas, documentos y un arma de fuego con sus respectivas municiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La instrucci\u00f3n fiscal durar\u00e1 90 d\u00edas, tiempo en el cual la Fiscal\u00eda continuar\u00e1 con las investigaciones, para determinar el grado de participaci\u00f3n de los ahora seis procesados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el operativo se allanaron 6 viviendas asentadas en la ciudad de Manta.
