{"id":7626,"date":"2016-01-21T17:52:59","date_gmt":"2016-01-21T17:52:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/2016\/01\/21\/ciudadano-sentenciado-a-tres-anos-por-atentado-al-pudor-en-quito\/"},"modified":"2017-11-27T01:34:20","modified_gmt":"2017-11-27T01:34:20","slug":"ciudadano-sentenciado-a-tres-anos-por-atentado-al-pudor-en-quito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/accesibilidad\/ciudadano-sentenciado-a-tres-anos-por-atentado-al-pudor-en-quito\/","title":{"rendered":"Ciudadano sentenciado a tres a\u00f1os por atentado al pudor en Quito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2ebd6xu.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" height=\"465\" \/><br \/><em>En el Tribunal Segundo de Garant\u00edas Penales de Pichincha se llev\u00f3 a cabo audiencia de juicio contra Luis S., por atentado al pudor<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Quito, 21 de enero del 2016.-<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">\u00a0Con base en las pruebas presentadas por la Fiscal\u00eda, Luis S., fue sentenciado a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por atentar contra el pudor de una ni\u00f1a de seis a\u00f1os de edad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Los jueces del Tribunal Segundo de Garant\u00edas Penales de Pichincha dieron a conocer el fallo el pasado 20 de enero, tras la audiencia de juicio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La fiscal Mayra Soria present\u00f3 en la audiencia varias pruebas que demostraron que el sentenciado cometi\u00f3 el delito. Entre lo expuesto estuvo el testimonio de la ni\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La fiscal tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 una prueba psicol\u00f3gica, donde se concluye que la ni\u00f1a se encuentra emocionalmente afectada por el delito cometido en ella.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">En la teor\u00eda del caso, la fiscal Soria expuso que los hechos ocurrieron el 27 de junio del 2013, en Quito.\u00a0Luis S., t\u00edo de la v\u00edctima, al quedarse a solas con la ni\u00f1a atent\u00f3 contra su pudor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Este delito se encuentra tipificado en el art\u00edculo 504 del C\u00f3digo Penal Anterior y sanciona con reclusi\u00f3n mayor ordinaria de 4 a 9 a\u00f1os.
