{"id":7443,"date":"2015-11-28T00:30:24","date_gmt":"2015-11-28T00:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/2015\/11\/28\/fiscalia-capacito-a-marinos-en-pericias-para-investigacion-de-delitos-acuaticos\/"},"modified":"2017-11-27T02:22:23","modified_gmt":"2017-11-27T02:22:23","slug":"fiscalia-capacito-a-marinos-en-pericias-para-investigacion-de-delitos-acuaticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/accesibilidad\/fiscalia-capacito-a-marinos-en-pericias-para-investigacion-de-delitos-acuaticos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda capacit\u00f3 a marinos en pericias para investigaci\u00f3n de delitos acu\u00e1ticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/2fd7c5f61c9d493fbfd29ca6646ee4c4.jpeg\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" height=\"390\" \/><\/span><\/strong><br \/><em><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; line-height: 1.3em;\">En el cant\u00f3n Salinas, se desarroll\u00f3 el seminario-taller &#8216;Sustentaci\u00f3n de Pericias en Audiencia de Juicio&#8217;.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Salinas, 27 de noviembre del 2015.-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8216;Sustentaci\u00f3n de Pericias en Audiencia de Juicio&#8217;, se denomin\u00f3 el seminario-taller que imparti\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado a integrantes de la Armada del Ecuador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">El evento se realiz\u00f3 el 27 de noviembre de 2015 en la base Naval del cant\u00f3n Salinas, provincia de Santa Elena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">En el inicio del seminario-taller el fiscal General del Estado, Galo Chiriboga Zambrano, extendi\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n a los marinos para que se postulen como peritos en la investigaci\u00f3n de los delitos acu\u00e1ticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Asimismo, dijo que este es un trabajo entre la Fiscal\u00eda y la Armada, para combatir los delitos que se planifican en tierra y se ejecutan en r\u00edos y mares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Chiriboga Zambrano\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">explic\u00f3 que existen varios delitos que se cometen envel espacio acu\u00e1tico como tr\u00e1fico de drogas, robo de motores, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Los capacitadores del evento &#8216;Sustentaci\u00f3n de Pericias de Audiencia de Juicio&#8217;, fueron los fiscales Provinciales del Guayas, Pa\u00fal Ponce Quiroz y de Pichincha, Wilson Toainga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Durante el seminario taller se conformaron grupos con los integrantes de la Armada, a quienes los fiscales explicaron c\u00f3mo se realiza una audiencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">As\u00ed, al final de la jornada se desarroll\u00f3 la simulaci\u00f3n de audiencia, en la cual los participantes pusieron en pr\u00e1cticas, los conocimientos impartidos por la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el cant\u00f3n Salinas, se desarroll\u00f3 el seminario-taller &#8216;Sustentaci\u00f3n de Pericias en Audiencia de Juicio&#8217;.
