Estuvieron presentes las partes procesales, familiares de la v\u00edctima, personal de Criminal\u00edstica y Polic\u00eda Judicial. Tambi\u00e9n los dos procesados y dos personas que est\u00e1n incluidas en el sistema de protecci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas y Testigos de la Fiscal\u00eda del Guayas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La Fiscal\u00eda busca recopilar m\u00e1s elementos que aporten\u00a0en la instrucci\u00f3n fiscal seguida contra los dos detenidos del caso, Roberto M. y William M.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La v\u00edctima, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 C., era una docente que se encontraba embarazada y el d\u00eda del hecho, se trasladaba al centro de salud para los ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos de control. Pero fue asaltada y baleada por dos ciudadanos que se movilizaban en una moto. Ella muri\u00f3 a los pocos minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">Roberto M. y William M., fueron detenidos en un operativo realizado por la Fiscal\u00eda y Polic\u00eda Nacional, despu\u00e9s de 8 d\u00edas del hecho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 1.3em;\">La Fiscal\u00eda proces\u00f3 a los detenidos por el delito de robo con muerte, seg\u00fan lo estipula el art\u00edculo 189, inciso 6 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP), que sanciona con pena privativa de libertad de 22 a 26 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fiscal Marco Orde\u00f1ana recre\u00f3 la reconstrucci\u00f3n por asesinato de docente en suburbio de Guayaquil.
