{"id":6422,"date":"2015-03-05T21:46:05","date_gmt":"2015-03-05T21:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/2015\/03\/05\/se-difiere-audiencia-de-juzgamiento-por-presunto-homicidio-inintencional\/"},"modified":"2018-05-03T11:43:04","modified_gmt":"2018-05-03T16:43:04","slug":"se-difiere-audiencia-de-juzgamiento-por-presunto-homicidio-inintencional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/accesibilidad\/se-difiere-audiencia-de-juzgamiento-por-presunto-homicidio-inintencional\/","title":{"rendered":"Se difiere audiencia de juzgamiento por presunto homicidio inintencional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-6421\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/images_PUBLICACIONES%20AC_MARZO%202015_oso_de_peluche.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"390\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Ibarra, 5 de marzo del 2015.-<\/strong>\u00a0El Tribunal de Garant\u00edas Penales de Imbabura difiri\u00f3 la audiencia de juzgamiento en contra de un m\u00e9dico y un anestesista, presuntos responsables de la muerte de un ni\u00f1o de diez a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">El Tribunal Penal dar\u00e1 a conocer la nueva fecha de la audiencia de juzgamiento a las partes procesales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">El ni\u00f1o muri\u00f3 durante una cirug\u00eda en una cl\u00ednica privada de Ibarra, el 26 de febrero del 2014.\u00a0 El m\u00e9dico cirujano, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del anestesista, le realizaba una circuncisi\u00f3n del prepucio al infante.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">La madre del ni\u00f1o present\u00f3 la denuncia del caso ante la Fiscal\u00eda de Imbabura pues, seg\u00fan su relato, el m\u00e9dico le habr\u00eda asegurado que la operaci\u00f3n\u00a0 fue un \u00e9xito y que solo deb\u00eda esperar a que el ni\u00f1o despierte de la anestesia, pero eso nunca sucedi\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, el cuerpo del ni\u00f1o habr\u00eda sido formolizado sin la autorizaci\u00f3n de los familiares, antes del levantamiento del cad\u00e1ver. Esta acci\u00f3n habr\u00eda impedido que se determine en la autopsia m\u00e9dico-legal las posibles causas de la muerte.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Este caso se acoplar\u00eda al art\u00edculo 146 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP) que tipifica la mala pr\u00e1ctica profesional como un delito.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ibarra, 5 de marzo del 2015.-\u00a0El Tribunal de Garant\u00edas Penales de Imbabura difiri\u00f3 la audiencia de juzgamiento en contra de un m\u00e9dico y un anestesista, presuntos responsables de la muerte de un ni\u00f1o de diez a\u00f1os.
