Como resultado de las diligencias ejecutadas, se identific\u00f3 una presunta estructura integrada por servidores policiales, quienes estarian ofertando certificados y reconocimientos falsos con la firma de la m\u00e1xima autoridad de esta Instituci\u00f3n. El Dr. Leonardo Alarc\u00f3n, no ha suscrito, autorizado ni otorgado condecoraci\u00f3n alguna desde que asumi\u00f3 sus funciones como fiscal general del Estado encargado. En consecuencia, dichos documentos carecen de validez legal y administrativa.
