El juzgador acogi\u00f3 el pedido y, con base en el art\u00edculo 558, numeral 3, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP), dispuso a los procesados la prohibici\u00f3n de intimidar al denunciante o a su familia, por s\u00ed mismos o a trav\u00e9s de terceros.
