El procesado tendr\u00eda responsabilidad en el delito de falsificaci\u00f3n de moneda.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <span style=\"color: #222222;\">La audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de cargos se realiz\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado 17!de enero en la Unidad de Flagrancia de Quito.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <span style=\"color: #222222;\">Jos\u00e9 O. fue detenido la madrugada del 17 de enero cuando se movilizaba por el sur de Quito,\u00a0 con una caja que conten\u00eda 750.000 d\u00f3lares distribuidos en varios fajos de papel moneda (billetes USD 100). El detenido no supo explicar la procedencia de los paquetes.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <span style=\"color: #222222;\">El fiscal Galiano Balc\u00e1zar\u00a0 present\u00f3 como elementos de convicci\u00f3n el informe pericial del papel moneda que calific\u00f3 como falso y el parte policial de lo agentes que realizaron la detenci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <br style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\" \/> <span style=\"color: #222222;\">Fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 cargos por falsificaci\u00f3n de moneda, seg\u00fan Art. 304 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal.
