Seg\u00fan el dictamen fiscal todos ser\u00edan autores del delito de peculado en la adquisici\u00f3n de implementos deportivos dentro del proyecto Escuelas de F\u00fatbol del Programa de Masificaci\u00f3n Deportiva entre el 2007 y 2008.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">El fiscal Galo Chiriboga en la audiencia preparatoria de juicio, durante este viernes 09 de enero, dijo que la obligaci\u00f3n del ex Ministro del Deporte \u201cera custodiar los fondos p\u00fablicos con el objeto de que \u00e9stos sean manejados l\u00edcitamente, sujet\u00e1ndose a lo dispuesto en las leyes, reglamentos, acuerdos o resoluciones de car\u00e1cter jur\u00eddico\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Sin embargo, esto no ocurri\u00f3 por cuanto se suscribieron contratos sin los informes obligatorios del Contralor y Procurador General del Estado. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el presupuesto referencial para este proyecto era de 373.395 d\u00f3lares, el mismo que se increment\u00f3 a 525.408 d\u00f3lares.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Chiriboga Zambrano al finalizar su acusaci\u00f3n solicit\u00f3 al juez Richard Villag\u00f3mez emitir su auto de llamamiento a juicio por considerar que existen graves presunciones contra los procesados.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;\"> \t\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Asimismo, el juez Villag\u00f3mez declar\u00f3 la validez de lo actuado por la Fiscal\u00eda hasta la presente fecha.
