Adem\u00e1s, dispuso medidas de protecci\u00f3n a favor de los familiares de la v\u00edctima, conforme al art\u00edculo 558, numerales 2 y 3, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP): prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse a testigos o determinadas personas y de efectuar actos de persecuci\u00f3n por s\u00ed mismos o a trav\u00e9s de terceros.
