Adem\u00e1s, mencion\u00f3 que d\u00edas atr\u00e1s la v\u00edctima hab\u00eda tenido un conflicto con su esposo y lo hab\u00eda bloqueado para evitar comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de haber conocido el hecho, la Fiscal de turno orden\u00f3 la pr\u00e1ctica de diligencias correspondientes y los uniformados aprehendieron a Duvan P.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<button class=\"responsivevoice-button\" type=\"button\" title=\"ResponsiveVoice Tap to Start\/Stop Speech\" data-rvtts-action=\"speak\" data-rvtts-text=\"Entre los elementos de convicci\u00f3n recabados, que sirvieron de sustento para el pedido de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, constan la autopsia m\u00e9dico-legal, el parte policial, las versiones del procesado y de los testigos, as\u00ed como el examen m\u00e9dico-legal efectuado al sospechoso, que evidenciaba lesiones recientes. Tambi\u00e9n se cont\u00f3 con el acta de cadena de custodia del tel\u00e9fono celular del procesado, el cuchillo y las prendas de vestir presuntamente utilizadas para cometer el delito.
