En su testimonio, la v\u00edctima se\u00f1al\u00f3 a su padre como el responsable y relat\u00f3 que la hab\u00eda ultrajado sexualmente incluso la noche anterior al hallazgo. Con estos elementos, Fiscal\u00eda proces\u00f3 a Milton Leonel A.
