Si bien la pena base es de cinco a siete a\u00f1os, en este caso se consideraron agravantes establecidas en el art\u00edculo 47, numerales 5 (\u201cCometer la infracci\u00f3n con participaci\u00f3n de dos o m\u00e1s personas\u201d) y 14 (\u201cAfectar a varias v\u00edctimas por causa de la infracci\u00f3n\u201d).
