caso se aplicaron circunstancias agravantes conforme al art\u00edculo 48, numerales 8 y 9, del mismo cuerpo legal, lo que increment\u00f3 la pena impuesta.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<button
