Esta es la segunda sentencia que recibe por la misma conducta. Adem\u00e1s de este nuevo crimen, Fiscal\u00eda demostr\u00f3 que el procesado agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a otra ni\u00f1a de 10 a\u00f1os.
