La Polic\u00eda Nacional aprehendi\u00f3 al violador y lo puso a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia. Informaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica Fiscal\u00eda proces\u00f3 este caso con base en el art\u00edculo 171, inciso primero, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP), que se sanciona con penas de diecinueve a veintid\u00f3s a\u00f1os.
