Se expuso el informe de reconocimiento del lugar de los hechos y una prueba de ADN, entre otras pruebas. Informaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica El delito de asesinato est\u00e1 tipificado en el art\u00edculo 140 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP) y se sanciona con una pena de veintid\u00f3s a veintis\u00e9is a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.
