A esto se sumaron testimonios, incluidos los que corroboraron que \u2013antes de fallecer\u2013 la v\u00edctima identific\u00f3 a su agresor frente a una m\u00e9dico del \u00e1rea de emergencia del hospital, adem\u00e1s de pruebas periciales y documentales que demostraron la materialidad del delito y la responsabilidad del hoy sentenciado en el crimen.\" data-rvtts-voice=\"Spanish Latin American art\u00edculo 141 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP), en concordancia con las agravantes del tipo penal, establecidas en el art\u00edculo 142, numerales 1 y 2, del mismo cuerpo
