jur\u00eddica Fiscal\u00eda proces\u00f3 este caso conforme al art\u00edculo 298, numeral 15, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP), que sanciona la defraudaci\u00f3n tributaria cuando se omiten ingresos, se incluyen costos, gastos, deducciones, exoneraciones, rebajas o retenciones falsas, inexistentes o superiores, con el fin de evadir el pago de los tributos debidos.\"
