Acot\u00f3 que al ser el profesor \u201cexisti\u00f3 una relaci\u00f3n de poder sobre la v\u00edctima\u201d.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<button class=\"responsivevoice-button\" type=\"button\" title=\"ResponsiveVoice Tap to Start\/Stop Speech\" data-rvtts-action=\"speak\" data-rvtts-text=\"En la sentencia condenatoria, el Tribunal tambi\u00e9n impuso una reparaci\u00f3n de 5.000 d\u00f3lares que el docente condenado por violaci\u00f3n debe entregar a la v\u00edctima. Informaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica Este caso se sentenci\u00f3 con base en el art\u00edculo 171 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP): de veintid\u00f3s a veintis\u00e9is a\u00f1os de privaci\u00f3n de libertad por violaci\u00f3n a una v\u00edctima menor de 14 a\u00f1os.
