Inmediatamente, los polic\u00edas se trasladaron al lugar de los hechos, donde la v\u00edctima \u2013de forma libre y voluntaria- corrobor\u00f3 lo manifestado por su madre. Posteriormente, el agresor fue detenido.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<button class=\"responsivevoice-button\" type=\"button\" title=\"ResponsiveVoice Tap to Start\/Stop Speech\" data-rvtts-action=\"speak\" data-rvtts-text=\"En la audiencia de juicio, la Fiscal\u00eda expuso el informe de reconocimiento del lugar de los hechos y de evidencias, as\u00ed como el informe pericial biol\u00f3gico. Adem\u00e1s, el testimonio anticipado de la v\u00edctima, los testimonios de la perito -quien practic\u00f3 el examen m\u00e9dico legal ginecol\u00f3gico-, y de los agentes policiales que intervinieron en la detenci\u00f3n.
