Los jueces valoraron el conjunto probatorio y le impusieron la pena m\u00e1xima estipulada para el delito, considerando la circunstancia agravante del art\u00edculo 48, numeral 5, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP): \u201ccompartir o ser parte del n\u00facleo familiar de la v\u00edctima\u201d.\" data-rvtts-voice=\"Spanish Latin American Female\"
