\u201cen contra de la voluntad de otra, ejecute sobre ella o la obligue a ejecutar sobre s\u00ed misma u otra persona, un acto de naturaleza sexual, sin que exista penetraci\u00f3n o acceso carnal\u201d.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<button class=\"responsivevoice-button\" type=\"button\" title=\"ResponsiveVoice Tap to Start\/Stop Speech\" data-rvtts-action=\"speak\" data-rvtts-text=\"Las circunstancias agravantes de este delito, precisadas en el art\u00edculo 48, numerales 5 y 6 del COIP, aumentan el tiempo de la privaci\u00f3n de la libertad en un tercio: compartir o ser parte del n\u00facleo familiar de la v\u00edctima y aprovecharse de que la v\u00edctima atraviese por una situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, de extrema necesidad econ\u00f3mica o de abandono.\"
