Estos hechos fueron demostrados por Fiscal\u00eda en la audiencia de juicio con pruebas entre las que se incluyeron: la reproducci\u00f3n del testimonio anticipado de la ni\u00f1a y los testimonios del m\u00e9dico y del psic\u00f3logo que la atendieron en la casa de salud, de los peritos encargados de las valoraciones m\u00e9dico-legal, psicol\u00f3gica y de trabajo social, y de los agentes de Polic\u00eda que aprehendieron a Meset Iv\u00e1n Ch. y practicaron diligencias investigativas.\" data-rvtts-voice=\"Spanish Latin American Female\"
