C. por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en el delito de tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de sustancias catalogadas sujetas a fiscalizaci\u00f3n en alta escala. Fiscal\u00eda justific\u00f3 el inicio del proceso penal con elementos de convicci\u00f3n entre los que se incluyeron: el parte policial, el informe de reconocimiento del lugar de los hechos, los resultados de an\u00e1lisis qu\u00edmico de la sustancia incautada, versiones de agentes policiales y peritos, el informe pericial de reconocimiento de evidencias y los informes de seguimientos y
