Q., luego que Fiscal\u00eda probara su responsabilidad en el abuso sexual a una ni\u00f1a. Los hechos se registraron el 31 de octubre de 2011, en el sector \u201c15 de Marzo\u201d. La madre de la peque\u00f1a \u2013de 4 a\u00f1os\u2013 lleg\u00f3 a su domicilio y al no encontrar a su hija en la vivienda, sali\u00f3 a buscarla, encontr\u00e1ndola en la casa del ahora sentenciado. La ni\u00f1a relat\u00f3 a su madre que mientras estaba en la casa de su vecino (Lendis C. Las pruebas practicadas por Fiscal\u00eda durante la audiencia de juicio, incluyeron el testimonio anticipado de la madre y de la v\u00edctima, de la m\u00e9dico legal, de la perito psic\u00f3loga, entre otros. Finalmente, Lendis C. Q. fue sentenciado a cuatro a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, luego de permanecer pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia por varios a\u00f1os.
