prohibici\u00f3n a la persona procesada de realizar actos de persecuci\u00f3n o de intimidaci\u00f3n a la v\u00edctima o a miembros del n\u00facleo familiar por s\u00ed mismo o a trav\u00e9s de terceros; y, extensi\u00f3n de una boleta de auxilio a favor de la v\u00edctima o de miembros del n\u00facleo familiar [\u2026]\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La instrucci\u00f3n fiscal concluir\u00e1 en treinta
