Los uniformados repelieron el ataque y abatieron al supuesto antisocial. Por ello, el Magistrado dispuso tambi\u00e9n que, para el caso, se apliquen las establecidas en el art\u00edculo 558, numerales 1, 2, 3 y 4, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP). De esta manera, el procesado tiene prohibici\u00f3n de concurrir a determinados lugares, tambi\u00e9n de acercarse al denunciante, testigos o determinadas personas y ejecutar actos de persecuci\u00f3n o de intimidaci\u00f3n en perjuicio de la v\u00edctima.
