Sin embargo, el agresor se desvi\u00f3 nuevamente de la ruta, la someti\u00f3 y la agredi\u00f3 sexualmente. La victima guardaba silencio debido a las amenazas del ya sentenciado. entre las que se incluy\u00f3: el testimonio anticipado de la v\u00edctima, la pericia m\u00e9dico-legal ginecol\u00f3gica, el informe psicol\u00f3gico y de entorno social practicado a la (COIP) y aunque es sancionado con una pena privativa de libertad de diecinueve a veintid\u00f3s a\u00f1os, se consideraron las agravantes respectivas, que incrementaron en un tercio la pena
