En el desarrollo de la audiencia de juicio, la Fiscal del caso present\u00f3 como pruebas: el testimonio de la v\u00edctima, el informe de reconocimiento del lugar de los hechos, la denuncia de la perjudicada, el certificado del Registro de la Propiedad, que comprueba que Rosa P.
