T. y ratific\u00f3 la sentencia de 7 a\u00f1os por el abuso sexual cometido contra su vecina de 8 a\u00f1os de edad. En la audiencia de apelaci\u00f3n a la sentencia, Fiscal\u00eda manifest\u00f3 que el Tribunal de primera instancia valor\u00f3 de manera correcta las pruebas presentadas.
