A. \u2013con la que se pretend\u00eda tambi\u00e9n justificar una detenci\u00f3n ilegal\u2013, el Fiscal de la causa inform\u00f3 a la Sala que dentro del expediente existe una pericia del Hospital Psiqui\u00e1trico Julio Endara que certifica una buena salud mental del procesado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contexto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Letty C. fue reportada como desaparecida el 2 de septiembre de 2023 y fue hallada desmembrada la ma\u00f1ana del 8 de septiembre de 2023 en medio de una zona boscosa del Parque Metropolitano Guanguiltagua, al norte de Quito.<\/p>\n<p>Por estos hechos, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/accesibilidad\/fiscalia-procesa-a-un-hombre-por-desaparicion-con-resultado-de-muerte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 cargos contra Johnny Stalyn C.
