El hoy procesado la habr\u00eda llevado a su habitaci\u00f3n para agredirla sexualmente. Cuando la madre lleg\u00f3 al domicilio encontr\u00f3 a su hija temblorosa, con ansiedad, por lo que la traslad\u00f3 a una casa de salud, en donde se efectu\u00f3 el protocolo para v\u00edctimas de agresi\u00f3n sexual, por esa raz\u00f3n se inform\u00f3 a la Polic\u00eda Nacional. Agentes de esa Instituci\u00f3n se dirigieron al lugar de los hechos y aprendieron en delito flagrante a Jos\u00e9 David T.
