El hombre denunci\u00f3 los hechos en el lugar conocido como \u201cPunto Seguro-Calder\u00f3n\u201d, del cant\u00f3n San Lorenzo, provincia de Esmeraldas, luego de escuchar a las ni\u00f1as relatar que su padrastro las violent\u00f3 sexualmente, varias veces. Al finalizar la diligencia, los jueces del Tribunal de Garant\u00edas Penales impusieron la pena de veintinueve a\u00f1os con cuatro meses de pena privativa de libertad.
