Fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 cargos por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de femicidio, autor\u00eda que fue demostrada en la audiencia de juzgamiento, con la pr\u00e1ctica de pruebas como: el informe de la autopsia m\u00e9dico-legal practicado a la v\u00edctima, donde se concluy\u00f3 que la muerte violenta fue causada por envenenamiento. Fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 cargos por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de femicidio, autor\u00eda que fue demostrada en la audiencia de juzgamiento, con la pr\u00e1ctica de pruebas como: el informe de la autopsia m\u00e9dico-legal practicado a la v\u00edctima, donde se concluy\u00f3 que la muerte violenta fue causada por envenenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se presentaron testimonios de los peritos que levantaron los informes del levantamiento de cad\u00e1ver, el investigativo del agente policial designado, los testimonios de los agentes aprehensores, de la pericia de audio y video de c\u00e1maras privadas aleda\u00f1as a la casa del investigado, en la que se observa que la v\u00edctima fue ingresada a la fuerza.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<button class=\"responsivevoice-button\" type=\"button\" title=\"ResponsiveVoice Tap to Start\/Stop Speech\" data-rvtts-action=\"speak\" data-rvtts-text=\"Informaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica El delito de femicidio est\u00e1 tipificado en el art\u00edculo 141 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal y se sanciona con una pena privativa de libertad de veintid\u00f3s a veintis\u00e9is a\u00f1os.
