procesado se habr\u00eda aprovechado de una situaci\u00f3n de pobreza extrema en la que ella viv\u00eda, ofreci\u00e9ndole dinero a cambio de que mantengan una relaci\u00f3n sentimental; algo a lo que la v\u00edctima hallados en un bosque de Alaquez.
